Each of these four apps can now connect to Gmail and Google Calendar, according to its maker's own help pages:

• ChatGPT: OpenAI says its connectors let ChatGPT "pull information from Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, GitHub, Dropbox, and Box".
• Claude: Anthropic's help page says you can connect Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive "so you can search and send emails, manage your calendar, work with documents, and save files". By default, Claude asks for your approval before it sends, replies to or forwards an email.
• Gemini: Google's help page says Gemini can "Summarize, get quick answers, and find information from Google Workspace services like Gmail, Docs, and Drive" and "Create & manage your events in Google Calendar".
• Grok: its help page lists a "Gmail & Google Calendar" connector and says connectors "are available to all Grok users".

What each plan includes varies, so check the app's own page before you count on a feature. If your work happens at a desk, one of these apps, connected to your email and calendar, may be all you need.

What a Personal AI Operator adds
